Fred Vila Verde is the founder of Shifters AI. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics of Porto, Portugal, and since 2011 has worked in São Paulo as both a PJ contractor and a CLT employee across multiple companies.

As Head of Performance Marketing at Netshoes (2014–2015), Fred managed multi-million dollar budgets and received recognition at the Afiliados Brasil 2015 event.
